- Konichiwa! My name is Caitlyn and this is just a simple blog chronicling my little family’s adventures in Sasebo, Japan. Originally from Southern California I married Colin, a Naval Aviator from Texas and together we have a powerhouse of a toddler, Elin Grace and a sweet but fiery little baby, Declan James. Colin and I have traveled to a combined 49 countries and we are so excited to continue our adventures throughout Japan and the Far East!
